I had severe back pain and i visited dr madan mohan reddy at sunway medical centre after two visits with proper treatment my pain was fully relieved. Iam so thankful for the doctor and as well as the working staffs over there.
I’ll just write about our whole experience with this place. We visited apollo chennai for my mother’s health check up, she recently had some knee problem, it was inflamed and she was in pain, so we first visited a doctor and he gave us options of taking an injection(which won’t be affective for long) or knee replacement surgery which will be a permanent solution. But we were hesitant of surgery, so we went to Dr. Madan mohan reddy for a second opinion. And he told us that injection is enough. And we didn’t know exactly what to do, so we went for the injection, it is an injection of hyaluronic acid. The doctor’s fee there was 2000 in apollo hospital, then the assistant told us that the injection will be given only in his private clinic, the sunway medical center and told us to reach there by 4 pm . The price of the injection is 15,000 rupees as far as i know. But it cost us 25,000. We had to pay 5000 in apollo hospital (commision) then another 20,000 at sunway medical center. It included teaching some exercises in his knee gym. Now my mother is doing fine, but we didn’t like how he is getting patients from apollo and taking them to his private clinic.
I consulted Dr madan Mohan reddy for my shoulder problem ,he gave the injection for me. Overall experience was good.
Dr. Madan Mohan Reddy is the best Orthopedic surgeon. Did my moms right foot 12 years ago with no issues and planning to do moms left foot. Excellent doctor, listens to his patients recommends surgery as final option. Thanks
